Is this factory product or an equivalent?
Factory batches with the factory's own documents. If an equivalent fits your specification, we say so plainly and provide its documents.
When will you ship?
Stock items on the day of payment. For made-to-order items we quote the lead time before the invoice, not after.
Which documents come with the order?
A datasheet and a certificate of conformity for the batch. Factory test reports on request.
Can I buy a single piece?
Yes. From a single piece to a full wagon; the price depends on the quantity.
Do you work with tenders?
Yes. Contract, deferred payment, electronic documents and a full tender document set.
Why are there no prices on the site?
The catalogue is open; price and lead time come from an engineer once your quantity is known. One call instead of an exchange of emails.
